Disability is not Inability......

More than 120 schools participated for this cause "Disability is not Inability" a great effort from Markaz-e-Umeed with help of cow and gate company. It is an private organization which teaches special students and motivated them toward life. An exhibition and function was arrange for special children, to enjoy themselves and get a chance to socialized. This is not only for special children to socialized but an awareness program for acceptability of special children in society.

"My mother is a teaching here for about 2 years and now I'm working in Markaz-e-Umeed as a manager" Ms.Sehrish Tasleem. We plan different activities for them and it is one of the step. It was very difficult for us to join so many schools in one chain and motivate students to understand that special children are as normal as they are. And then gradually students show their interest and and made many posters and write essays for them.
"And today I loved to see this that they are together and sharing happiness."

Student of Saqib School Gazala Rizwan: "They are as same as we are. I', enjoying it"

Yusra Anees student of Play House School 9th class "we have to encourage them,  we should support them."

Dua Qadim said that it's all God's wish and we have to accept them as a member of society.

Today I really felt the cost of life after spending time with them life is all about caring, sharing, accepting and loving each other, life is not live for yourself only.

In middle Syed Mohsin Ali, on left his father Syed Ashiq Ali and his mother Naseer Fatima. At time of birth he was normal when he grow up accidentally he fell and had a blood clot in his brain operations were took place but unfortunately he get mentally retarded. He became dumb. Dr. Farooq Fahad and Markaz- e- Umeed are his parents hope now gradually start speaking some words. Markaz-e-Umeed is a circle of hope for many tormented parents.

This lady in black gown is principle of this school Mrs. Afifa Waseem she is working for 25 years in Markaz-e-Umeed. She said awareness and education  is very important in society for the acceptance of these children. Student of D-Pharmacy said: It was a good effort after along lethargic studies we got some time to enjoy with our friends.

Stalls of mehndi ,face painting, games, nail art, soft toys and many more.........
With exciting food items gol gapay, tasty shawarmas, rolls, haleem, burgers yummmmmmmy which didn't let you go.

Mrs.Shahid one of the parent of student of JUW said: "We enjoyed it but if there is proper arrangement of sitting it will be very convenient for us."

Even parents enjoyed themselves they recall there past time when they were in schools and colleges having fun with there friends.

What I suggest to everyone is nobody knows about there future. Enjoy each and every day of your life. Even in hard situations of your life pick a reason to smile and this is the real art of living a peaceful life.
